Silicon Labs SiWN917M Wi-Fi 6/BT 5.4 LE Wireless SoC Floorplan Analysis
This report presents a Basic Floorplan Analysis of the Silicon Labs SI9117B0 found inside Silicon Labs SiWN917M100LGT SoC. The SiWN917M100LGT SoC was extracted from the Silicon Labs SiWx917-EB4346A demo/development kit. The SiWx917 series from Silicon Labs is positioned as an ultra-low power Wi-Fi 6 2.4 GHz and BT LE 5.4 SoCs with Network Connectivity Processor capability intended for energy efficient IoT applications requiring advanced security and power management features. As comparable devices analyzed at TechInsights refer to: 1) A mixed digital/analogue RF die (Silicon Labs EFR53000A0) in the Silicon Labs EFR32SG28 dual-band wireless SoC for Sidewalk™ (BFR-2401-801); 2) the Silicon Labs EFR32MG24B220F1536IM48-B multiprotocol mesh IoT wireless SoC that comprised the EFR52020A1 die BFR-2206-803).
