Samsung and Qualcomm share the overall design wins for the Samsung Galaxy M51 smartphone. Samsung provided six of 18 major designs, including the KM2V7001CM-B706 6 GB mobile LPDDR4X SDRAM and 128 GB TLC V-NAND Flash integrated in one chipset, S2MU106 power management IC, S3NRN4V NFC controller, and S6SY771X capacitive touchscreen controller. The display and camera power management chips were delivered by Samsung as well. Qualcomm supplied the SM7150 application/baseband processor, PM7150 and PM7150A power management ICs, SDR660 RF transceiver with GPS receiver, WCD9370 audio codec, and WSA8815 audio amplifier.
