This report presents a Digital Floorplan Analysis of the SY4_Q009 die found inside the Kunlunxin P4N529D0000 package. The P4N529D0000 package was removed from the Baidu Kunlunxin P800 AI accelerator card. The Baidu Kunlunxin P800 is a third-generation AI accelerator with computing power of 345 FP16 TFLOPS, compared to the second-generation Kunlun 2's 128 FP16 TFLOPS. The P800 accelerator card's high computing power is comparable to that of the NVIDIA A100 and Huawei Ascend 910B.
