Robosense EM4 Long-Range Digital LiDAR Device Essentials Folder

The RoboSense EM4 is the world's first "thousand-beam" digital automotive LiDAR, designed for L3+ autonomous driving applications, and it is built on a proprietary SPAD-SoC and VCSEL digital architecture. The RoboSense EM4 LiDAR die is a stacked back illuminated (BI) direct time-of-flight (d-ToF) single photon avalanche diode (SPAD) with 0.20 megapixel (MP) resolution (based on pixel array size) and 10.0 µm pixel pitch. The EM4 LiDAR die was extracted from the RoboSense EM4 long-range LiDAR system.
