It features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 application/baseband processor with Snapdragon Wear 3100 co-processor, which support both sport and traditional watch modes. Using a BGA-PoP structure for memory chip and processor, the memory package contains 1 GB mobile LPDDR3 SDRAM, and 8 GB TLC NAND flash.
