The following is a report of the Vanchip VC7643-63/H Multi-Mode Multi-Band Power Amplifier Module (PAM) Architecture Analysis. The Vanchip VC7643-63/H supports 3G/4G/5G NR handsets for CDMA, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA and LTE/NR air interfaces. The Vanchip VC7643-63 PAM has two variants that are discussed in this report. The “-63” variant contains seven die including three Power Amplifiers (PA's), 3 RF Switches and a PA Controller die, whereas the “-63H” only contains three die (one PA, one RF Switch and a PA Controller). Both variants use the same package and Printed Wiring Board (PWB) and all die are wire bonded to the PWB. The Vanchip VC7643-63/H PAM has been found on multiple smartphones including the Vivo X90 Pro 5G (V2242A), Oppo Reno 10 5G (PHW110) and Xiaomi Mi 13 Pro (2210132C) smartphones.
