This report is an Exploratory Analysis of the process used to fabricate the Zinitix BT531 touch screen controller die. The report includes package photographs, die photographs and cross-sectional SEM images. The Zinitix BT531 is a capacitive touch screen controller integrated circuit (IC). It comes packaged in a 56-pin quad flat no-leads (QFN) package. The BT531 supports 26x16 channels. The BT531 was extracted from a Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 (SM-G7102) smartphone.
