This is a Basic Functional Analysis with cost estimate of the Qualcomm MSM8960 S4 Snapdragon S4 Plus processor. This variant of the S4 Plus family features a quad core Krait processor up to 1.7 GHz with an Adreno 225 GPU and WiFi/Bluetooth/LTE radio. This device is fabricated on a 28 nm TSMC CMOS process. This report is also accompanied by SAR modules -2 (CMOS Logic Front End (FEOL) Analysis) and -4 (CMOS SRAM Analysis; TEM in X, TEM in Y and bevel).
