The Sony IMX300 consists of a 23 MP resolution Exmor RS™ high-dynamic ranger (HDR) stacked CMOS Image Sensor. The image sensor comprises two dies, a pixel sensor CIS die and an image signal processor (ISP) die. This report presents a Logic Gate Utilization Analysis on the image signal processor (ISP).
