The EP3C25F324C8NES is a member of Altera’s family of Cyclone III FPGAs. These 65 nm fabricated devices are designed as low-cost, low-power solutions, while providing high functionality. The Cyclone III architecture consists of up to 120K of vertically arranged logic elements (LE), two vertical columns of 9Kbit (M9K) memory blocks, two columns of 18 bit x 18 bit multiplier blocks, and phase locked loop (PLL) blocks for clock control.
