The RoboSense EM4 LiDAR die is a stacked back-illuminated (BI) direct time-of-flight (d-ToF) single-photon avalanche diode (SPAD) with 0.20 megapixel (MP) resolution (based on the pixel array size) and a 10.0 µm pixel pitch. An overview of the structural features in the EM4 LiDAR die is provided in the TechInsights Device Essential DEF-2601-801 report. The Device Essentials Plus (DEP) deliverable builds on the content generated in a DEF report and provides extended insight into the structure of RoboSense's EM4 LiDAR d-ToF SPAD die. The EM4 LiDAR die was extracted from the RoboSense EM4 long-range LiDAR system.
