This report presents a device essentials folder (DEF) of Sony IMX695AFR Advanced Photo System Type-C (APS-C) Format, 26.1 MP Resolution, 3.77 µm Pixel Pitch, Stacked Back-Illuminated CMOS Image Sensor, extracted from Fujifilm X-H2S mirrorless camera. This Sony IMX695AFR die features the planar RGB color filter array (CFA) employing all three RGB pixels on every single line and G pixel on all diagonal lines, which is registered as X-Trans(TM) CMOS Sensor by Fujifilm. The CIS die is fabricated by Sony’s 90nm process generation, and the ISP die is fabricated by Fujitsu’s 65nm process.
