This report presents a Floorplan Analysis of the AHH10110B die found inside the MediaTek MT6582V HSPA+ smartphone application processor. The MT6582V was extracted from the Lenovo A880 CDMA smartphone. The MT6582V is a low cost quad-core processor based on four energy efficient ARM Cortex-A7 cores running at 1.3 GHz. This new 3G SoC is aimed at a lower price point than other MediaTek chipsets and is designed to power lower specification phones. The MT6582V is fabricated in a 28 nm process.
