Samsung had the overall design wins for its device, the Samsung Galaxy A13, with five of the eleven main ICs such as Application/Baseband Processor, RAM Memory, Power Management, RF Transceiver with GPS, and WiFi/Bluetooth Transceiver. For this device, Samsung provided 64 GB TLC V-NAND Flash. Supporting memory consists of 4 GB Mobile LPDDR4X SDRAM (in four packages with 1GB each).
