Qualcomm had the overall design wins for the Vivo Z6 5G smartphone, with eight of major ICs. These include the Qualcomm SM7250 processor, PM7150A, PM7250B and PM7250 power management chips, WCD9385 audio codec, SDR865 RF transceiver and GPS, and the QPM6585 5G NR n41 and 5G NR n77/78 front-end modules. The WCN3998 WiFi/BT solution was supplied by Qualcomm Atheros.
