The HP K550 is a business color printer that uses two semi-permanent print-heads with only two colors per inkjet chip. Chipworks will be performing a thorough process review on the Yellow/Black printhead only. The HP K550 has nearly 1 inch print swath as well as significant differences in the heater design. Because of these two reasons, the K550 prints faster than ever before.
