The following is a Module Architecture Analysis report of the Skyworks SKY58109-51 MHB L-PAMiD. This module is a multi-chip RF module that contains a PA die, an LNA die, 2 RF Switch die, a regulator die, and RFFE controller die and 17 acoustic wave filter die. The SKY58109-51 serves 4G LTE and 5G applications and was taken from the Google Pixel 8 Pro (G1MNW) smartphone from the United States. It represents an advancement in the MHB L-PAMiDs previously provided by Skyworks. The levels of integration and packageing technology put this module on par with competitive modules from Broadcom, Qorvo and Qualcomm.
