The following is a report of the OnMicro OM9902-11 Multi-Mode Multi-Band (MMMB) Power Amplifier Module (PAM) Architecture Analysis. The OnMicro OM9902-11 MMMB PAM supports 3G/4G/5G NR handsets for CDMA, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA and LTE/NR air interfaces. It contains six die including three power amplifier (PA) die, two RF Switch die and one RFFE controller die.
