This report presents a Basic Functional Analysis of the Novatek NT35695 die found inside a LCD display module. The display module is 139 mm x 77 mm and is approximately 1.9 mm thick. The display module is attached to the back side of a display glass. A small connector, soldered to a flex cable, connects the display module to the main printed circuit board (PCB). The NT35695 LCD Driver die appears to be flip-chip mounted. The NT35695 die measures 29.78 mm x 0.97 mm.
