Exploratory reports provide clients with a high level view of a device. Content varies by device type, but typical information includes analysis based on die images, literature, and similar devices analyzed by Chipworks. This report includes teardown images, plus plan-view and cross-sectional SEM microscopy of the pixel. This report is equivalent to an Image Sensor Overview, plus Planar Pixel and Cross-Sectional Pixel analysis.
