This report presents an architecture analysis of the Qualcomm QET6105-000 average power tracker integrated circuit (IC). Since average power tracking strongly relies on certain passive components that currently cannot be integrated within the IC package, the analysis also involved the printed circuit board (PCB) on which the QET6105-000 was located. This PCB was part of the Samsung Galaxy S23 mobile handset.
