This report presents a Digital Library Circuit Analysis of the Samsung Exynos 5433 application processor. There were two digital libraries found on this chip: one used in the CPU 1 and CPU 2, and the other used in the GPU and all other blocks. For the purpose of this report, the area of interest was specified within the CPU 1. This report defines the standard cell library of the chosen analysis area, identifying digital logic and filler cells, and describes its major characteristics including area percentage utilization, gross and actual density, track height, and cell usage.
