The design wins for the APTIV BMW iXECU are shared among several companies. Mobileye/STMicroelectronics provided the Vision SoC and eight multithreaded CPU cores coupled with eighteen cores of Mobileye's vision processors. Infineon made the 32-bit Tri-core microcontrollers for this device. Micron supplied the 512 MB LPDDR4 SDRAM and 64 MB Serial NOR Flash Memory. The Ethernet PHY and power management were designed by NXP Semiconductor. Analog Devices supplied the dual GMSL deserializer.
