CircuitVision analysis on the Micron Y42M D1α 16 Gb LPDDR5X DRAM including a full set of hierarchical schematics, annotated photographs, architectural overview, address path, data path, control circuitry, voltage generators, test and configuration, major findings, and standard cells. All of the circuitry on the device has been extracted and analyzed except for the digital control circuitry found in ASIC areas of the die.
