Qualcomm had the overall design wins for the Xiaomi POCO X3 NFC providing six out of 15 main ICs. It includes Apps/Baseband Processor Snapdragon 732G #SM7150-100-AC, two Power Management chips #PM7150L-103 and #PM7150-102, RF Transceiver with onboard GPS Receiver #SDR660-003, Audio CODEC #WCD9375-001, and WiFi/BT transmission chip #WCN3990-00M. The main memory IC, which contains 128 GB ROM and 6 GB RAM in a single package, was provided by Samsung -#KM2V8001CM-B707. Two major RF Power Amplifier Modules were provided by Qorvo#QM56030 and #RF5228A. The rest of the design wins were divided between such manufacturers as Bosh Sensortec, Texas Instruments, NXP, Novatek, and Goertek most likely provided both MEMS Microphones.
