The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 5G has three cameras. The main one is a 48 MP Wide-Angle Rear Camera with image sensor made by OmniVision. Other cameras are 8 MP Front Camera and 2 MP Depth Rear Camera. The previous Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 5G model had a 16 MP front camera, and two rear cameras: 50 MP, Wide-Angle main camera, and 8 MP Ultrawide camera.
The Note 12 5G is slightly longer and slimmer than the Note 11 5G. The newer model is also lighter. Both phones have similar batteries and the Note 12 5G has a slightly bigger display, which explains why it is longer. The weight difference is probably caused by the thicker main enclosures in Note 11 5G.
