This is a Digital Floorplan Analysis (DFR) of the Moore Threads MT_SUD1_102 die found inside the Moore Threads Chunxiao graphics processing unit (GPU) component. The Chunxiao GPU was removed from a Moore Threads MTT S80 graphics card. The Moore Threads MTT S80 launched in Q4 2022. Though initial benchmarks of the MTT S80 were underwhelming, Moore Threads claimed a huge performance boost after a new driver update that was rolled out in October 2023.
