Insight: Computex Preview – Microsoft Debuts Copilot+ PCs Powered by Qualcomm

In a press-only event the day before Microsoft Build, Microsoft launched a new category of Windows PCs designed for AI called Copilot+ PCs. These PCs, which debut with Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite or X Plus silicon, represent the next generation of AI PCs which Microsoft has teased since the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in January, and represents Qualcomm’s best opportunity to date to break into the PC industry as a major silicon provider.
