TSMC Leading Edge Wafer Pricing and Corporate Outlook – Module 5: Conclusions

This is a 5 part presentation and video series. In this series TechInsights Strategic Cost and Price Model, 300mm Watch Database, Technical Analysis, Market Analysis and TSMC Company filings, are used to develop a bottoms up analysis of TSMC 5nm, 3nm, and 2nm nodes as well as an overall corporate outlook extending out to 2035.

Module 5 begins with comparisons of TSMC capital investment and depreciation as modeled by the Strategic Model to TSMC disclosures. Leading edge revenue for 5nm, 3nm, and 2nm by year and quarter, and a discussion of 7nm and above wafer revenue and packaging revenue both by year and quarter are presented. Comprehensive revenue and gross margin projections for TSMC to 2035 are presented, both by year and quarter. TSMC annual revenue to 2035 and annual capital spending to 2030 are also presented.
