This report presents an advanced floorplan analysis of the image sensor processor (ISP) die from the OmniVision OV50X, which is the first 1" image sensor from OmniVision analyzed by TechInsights. The OV50X is primarily designed for small-pixel high-end smartphone camera applications and has been extracted from the Xiaomi Tech 17 Ultra rear wide main camera.
