This device essentials folder (DEF) presents the STMicroelectronics VB1940, 1/2.5″ Format, 5.1 MP Resolution, 2.25 µm Pixel Pitch, Stacked Back-Illuminated RGB/NIR CMOS Image Sensor for Automotive Applications. The CIS features both rolling and global shutter modes on a STMicrolectronics fabricated 65 nm process generation CIS, and a 40 nm process generation ISP.
