This report presents a Basic Functional Analysis on the Allwinner A13 single core application processor for tablets and e-readers. The A13 features an ARM Cortex-A8 core, an ARM Mali-400 graphic processing unit (GPU), 1080p codec video processing unit (VPU), and is designed for seven and eight inch tablets running Android 4.0 and up.
