This report presents a Basic Functional Analysis of the Intel PMB9933 XMM™ 7260 LTE-A modem found inside the Samsung SM-G850F Galaxy Alpha and the Samsung SM-N910U Galaxy Note 4 smartphones. The PMB9933 comes in FCBGA package and contains three die, including a flip-chip X2726 baseband processor die, a flip-chip XG716 modem die, and a wire bonded Elpida B130ABC memory die.
