The Mobile RF Architecture report on the Samsung S24 Ultra (SM-S928U) Smartphone presents the elements of all RF paths from the antenna to the RF transceiver. The S24 Ultra model used in this analysis was from the United States and is FR2 enabled. It contains the latest Qualcomm FR2 Antenna in Package (AiP) module, the QTM565. This phone is also the first to feature the Qualcomm converged RF transceiver, the SDR875, which combines the FR1 RF Transceiver and FR2 IF Transceiver on a single die.
