Bryon Moyer

Bryon Moyer is a Senior Analyst at TechInsights, with over 40 years of experience in the electronics industry. He is responsible for providing written analysis of new processor technologies for publication in the Microprocessor Report and other Linley publications and Processor conferences. Bryon enjoys helping clients fully understand the implications of emerging technologies so they can successfully plan their own trajectories through better decision making. His primary areas of expertise include AI, security, MEMS and sensors, IoT, semiconductor processing, PLDs/FPGAs, EDA, multicore processing, networking, software analysis, CPUs, processors, and silicon photonics.

Prior to joining TechInsights, Bryon worked as an engineer and marketer at all levels of management with an industry focus on PLDs/FPGAs, EDA, multicore processing, networking, and software analysis. He has also worked as an editor and freelance ghostwriter, writing for EE Journal and Semiconductor Engineering while covering AI, security, MEMS and sensors, IoT, automotive, and semiconductor processing.
