WISOL D7X1 RxD FEM Module Architecture Analysis

The following is a Module Architecture Analysis report of the Wisol DX71 RxD FEM. The DX71 is a Receive Diversity (RxD) Front End Module developed for 4G LTE and 5GNR applications. The module used in this analysis was taken from the Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold (SM-F968N) smartphone from Korea. It appears to support the Mid/High band; however, the main LNA/RF Switch die within the module (die mark CL401 F1) is also used in other modules with different SAW filter configurations. This report contains module photographs, module X-rays, die photographs of the various die, and a block diagram schematic of the module showing the interconnectivity of the integrated circuits and discrete components within the module.
