The display has a 6.6" TFT screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a touchscreen controller integrated into the display driver from Novatek. The battery had a 4900 mAh capacity. The Samsung S5K4H7 image sensor supplies the 8 MP CMOS front camera. Two back cameras are also included. The primary 50 MP CMOS BSI wide-angle camera is equipped with a Samsung S5KJNS image sensor and an autofocus driver from Dongwoon Anatech. GalaxyCore supplied the image sensor for the 2 MP CMOS depth camera.

This smartphone has an accelerometer, compass, ambient light/proximity sensor, and a fingerprint reader in the side power button. There were three primary enclosures: an aluminum and plastic main frame, a plastic antenna frame, and a plastic back cover. Only graphite sheets were employed for the cooling system.
