Skyworks BA027Film Bulk Acoustic Resonator (FBAR) Acoustic Filter from Skyworks 53838-17 RF Front End (RFFE) Module Process Analysis Report

This report contains the results of the process analysis of the Skyworks FBAR filter die BA027 from the Skyworks SKY53838-17 RFFE module. This module was removed from the printed circuit board (PCB) marked 820-02402-05 that, in turn, was found in an Apple iPhone 13 (A2631) 5G handset.
