The SiMG301 SoC family is part of the next-generation Series 3 platform, extending leadership in ultra-low-power IoT SoCs and modules by delivering enhanced compute, security, RF performance, and power efficiency for emerging IoT markets. The device features a multi-core architecture with an ARM® Cortex®-M33 running up to 150 MHz alongside dedicated radio and security cores, and includes the Series 3 Secure Vault™ certified to PSA Certified Level 4 for the highest attack resistance. The SIMG301M114LIHB0 version of the device analyzed in this report offers up to 4 MB flash and 512 kB RAM.
