Q2 ‘23: OPPO (OnePlus): The Third Largest Vendor by Smartphone Revenue

OPPO (OnePlus)’s smartphone shipments went down -2% YoY in Q2 2023. OPPO brand posted -11% YoY decline while OnePlus delivered solid +81% YoY growth rate. OPPO’s brand uplifting efforts are paying dividends this quarter and its ASP and revenue showed a healthy growth. The two brands combined ranked the third largest vendor by smartphone revenue this quarter. Despite of these encouraging results, challenges remain which are capping the vendor’s performance in 2023.
