Marvell’s Structera A Brings Near-memory Processing to CXL

Marvell has introduced its near-memory processing chip, Structera A, targeting the datacenter AI accelerator market. The chip offers acceleration via 16 Arm Neoverse cores and is placed between the CPU and memory. The chip is currently in sampling, with volume production expected by the end of 2025.
