Intel Alchemist SRLFZ Graphics Processor TSMC N6 FinFET HKMG CMOS Process Digital Floorplan Analysis

This is a Digital Floorplan Analysis (DFR) of the Intel DG2128B0 die found inside the Intel SRLFZ graphics processor. The Intel SRLFZ was removed from a GUNNIR Arc A380 Photon Graphics card. The Intel A380 is a mid-range graphics card with eight Xe-cores and 6 GB GDDR6 memory. The DG2128B0 die was manufactured using the TSMC N6 CMOS FinFET process.
