The IAUCN04S7N004ATMA is a 40 V, single N-channel enhancement-mode silicon-based power MOSFET. The device features continuous source/drain (S/D) maximum current of 518 A with 0.44 mΩ S/D ON-resistance (RDSON) at 25°C and gate-to-source voltage (VGS) of 10 V.
