The 2023 IAA Munich Auto Show was heralded as the event where the Chinese “took over” Europe, with the presence of many Chinese suppliers of advanced driver-assistance systems and sensors. TechInsights visited the show to find out if the “takeover” reports are well-founded as well as to preview a stereo camera technology that could threaten the nascent LiDAR market.
