DRAM Sales jumped 79% YoY the week ending Feb 16, 2024

Semiconductor sales were flat last week but were up 17% from this time last year. Zooming in on DRAM IC, the 13-week MA jumped a whopping 79% YoY last week. TechInsights forecasts DRAM IC sales will increase 46% to $78 billion in 2024.
Retail prices of electronics continued the positive trend last week, led by handsets and notebooks.
