The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra SM-X910 is one of the latest models in Samsung’s flagship Tab S series. The Tab S9 Ultra features a new generation processor (Snapdragon 8 Gen 2), a new Bluetooth standard (5.3), and WiFi6E with extended spectrum like Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ 5G SM-X816B. As with previous models, Samsung continues its design tradition of using an aluminum enclosure fitted to all internal components, with a plastic inner-frame. It features a 14.6-inch Super AMOLED display with 2960 x 1848 resolution, 16.8M colors, multitouch capacitive touchscreen, and digitizer for the S Pen stylus. It runs the Android 13 (Tiramisu) operating system with Samsung One UI 4.1 custom skin.

The Tab S9 Ultra can be used with an optional side-mounted magnetic QWERTY keyboard. The S Pen introduces gestures and charges wirelessly by sticking it on the back of a device. Other components include a 4x Class-D Audio Amplifier from Cirrus Logic drives 4x speakers tuned by AKG. WiFi6E (802.11ax) uses two frequencies -2.4 GHz and 5 GHz with an extended-spectrum up to 7.2 GHz. Also, a 12 MP Dual Front camera (in Tab S9+ Ultra was 8 MP). The Tab S9 Ultra has three NAND flash memory versions (256 GB, 512 GB, and 1TB) and 12 GB RAM. The Tab S9 Ultra can be connected to an external monitor via a USB-C cable and use a computer mode called DeX-with the help of the latest technology it provides fluid responsiveness needed not only in the consumer market. Memory consists of 256 GB of 3D TLC V-NAND Flash and 12 GB mobile LPDDR5 SDRAM made by Samsung. There is an option of expanding memory up to 1 TB by MicroSD card.
