The Nothing Phone 2 A065 is Nothing’s second smartphone. It was released on July 17, 2023. The mobile runs the Nothing OS 2.0 (based on Android 13) operating system. This model (A065) is a Global model.
The main feature of this phone is the eleven LED glyphs under the back cover. Compared to the previous phone, the Nothing Phone 2 has more light glyphs (five in Phone 1), and the LEDs became brighter than in Phone 1. The LED glyphs has a lot of functions: The smartphone flashes all the lights and makes a short click every time if turn it upside down. The wired charging process can be monitored by tapping the back cover with your finger - the corresponding bar will light up. The user can set a timer and the glyph will gradually turn off until the end of time.
These functions serve as an example, the phone can be configured for other functions that can also be used. The display on the Nothing Phone 2 has a diagonal of 6.7'' and a resolution of 2412 x 1080. It is made using AMOLED technology with a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass. The predecessor of the discussed model, the Nothing Phone 1, is equipped with a 6.55” display also made in AMOLED technology. The battery in the Nothing Phone 2 has a capacity of 4700 mAh and supports 45 W wired charging and 15 W wireless charging. The battery in the Nothing Phone 1 has a capacity of 4500 mAh and supports 33 W wired charging and 15 W wireless charging.
