MediaTek's Q3 2025 report shows strong growth in mobile and smart edge sectors, with a focus on AI and premium chipsets like the Dimensity 9500 for Q4.

MediaTek reported Q3 2025 results on Oct 31. The company posted strong financial performance in mobile and smart edge, both grew double digits from a year ago quarter. As MediaTek continues to pursue a diversification strategy to ease its dependence on the mobile phone business, the Taiwanese fabless firm has partnered with prominent AI players such as Nvidia to pursue automotive, AI compute, and datacenter products. Looking forward to Q4 2025, MediaTek continues to make progress on the premium Android smartphone chipset with its Dimensity line of SoCs. The company announced its latest Dimensity 9500 flagship mobile SoC in September to intercept the all-important Singles Day (11/11) in the Chinese market.
