The Samsung Galaxy S24+ is one of Samsung’s flagship S series phones launched at the Galaxy Unpacked event on February 17, 2024. The SM-S926N model is targeted at the Korean market. In the Samsung Galaxy S24+ SM-S926N phone, Samsung provided 15 out of 42 packages in design wins. There are several new packages used in Samsung Galaxy S24+ SM-S926N: Deca-Core Applications/Baseband Processor #Exynos 2400 (Samsung), Multichip Memory - 12 GB Mobile LPDDR5X SDRAM #K3KL4L40EM-BGCU (Samsung), Multichip Memory - 512 GB 3D TLC V-NAND Flash, Memory Controller (UFS 4.0) #KLUFG8RHHD-B0G1 (Samsung), Power Management #MAX77775 (Analog Devices), Envelope Power Tracker #S5M5820 (Samsung), Power Management #S2MPS28, #S2MPA05C, #S2MPS27, #S2MPM07C, #S2D0S07 (Samsung), RF Transceiver + GPS #S5M5540 Shannon 5540 (Samsung), LB Front-End Module #QM77193 (Samsung), Color, Ambient Light, and Proximity Sensor with IR Emitters #STK33F11 (Samsung), MB/HB RxD Front-End Module #SFML5Zxxxxx (Wisol), UWB Module #QM5725S (Qorvo).

This model uses the new Exynos 2400 deca-core processor, manufactured using 4nm technology, and is a fan-out flip-chip POP (fan-out wafer level package FOWLP). The Samsung Galaxy S24+ SM-S926N supports WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS L1 & L5, UWB, NFC, and a Wireless Charging Coil. There are twelve antennas in total, eight of which are located within the main frame, the diversity antenna is in the vibrator and speaker module, the NFC and wireless charging coil are also on separate module, while the UWB antenna is soldered to the RF Main Board.
