This report presents a Device Essentials Plus (DEP) project on the GPixel GMAX0505 25 megapixel (MP) charge domain monochromatic global shutter (GS) CIS for machine vision, industrial, and surveillance applications. The GMAX0505 is 1.1" format front-illuminated CIS with a 2.5 µm pixel pitch. It is the smallest charge domain GS CIS, featuring new light pipe structure. This is a DEP summary document, provided as a companion deliverable for a Device Essentials Plus project. The DEP deliverable builds on the content generated in a Device Essentials (DEF) project.
